Cancellation Policy
Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the vacant time slot. You may cancel by phone at 281-757-3250 or online at Shelbi@ShelbiAesthetics.com. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will be at risk of losing the right to book an appointment, resulting in being a walk-in, and will be asked to pay a cancellation / no call no show fee of $100.
